Databases For Home Based Care
This page contains downloads for the Tanzania National AIDS Control Programme HUWANYU database.
The HUWANYU database is a which collects monthly patient summaries submitted by home based care providers and produces monthly reports. It is designed for use at ward or district level. It follows the NACP standard Home Based Care M&E tools, which are in the Kiswahili language. The entire database is bilingual in English and Kiswahili, with a option on the main menu to switch languages.
The HUWANYU database was designed by a partnership between the Ministry of Health National AIDS Control Programme and the University Computing Centre under support from PEPFAR.
